Every organisation is unique in it's needs, so we work with you to create a licensing package to suit your needs.
As a community service, we do offer very cheap licensing for non-profit groups, but because we do these at below cost we can only offer a very limited number of such licenses.
Cost summary
As a general rule, the cost will be made up of some combination of the following items...
- Licence fee - monthly or annual.
The annual fee is 10 times the monthly fee. I.e. you get 2 free months if you pay annually. - Set-up fee. A one off set-up fee to cover the cost of setting up your account.
- Coloring page fees.
These are per page fees, that are paid for each image that is included in your custom coloring book (see below). - Customisation fees. Any additional customisation are charged for as needed.
Licence fee
The licence fee is a monthly or annual fee, paid in advance, which licenses you to use the Kea Coloring Book on your site. Licences are on a per-site basis. Each site will require its own licence.
Set-up fee
The set-up fee is a one off fee, which covers the cost of our provisioning you with the software and license files, and with basic installation support.
Coloring page fees
A coloring book is not much use without something to color in. Each page attracts a one off fee. You may purchase these in bulk when initially installing the system, and may also add images at any time during the license period.
Your custom coloring book can be made up of a combination of library pages, converted pages or commissioned pages, as detailed below...
Library Pages
We have a growing library of images which you can includein your custom coloring book. Some of these are freely available, and others attract a small fee. Generally speaking Library Pages are the cheapest option.
Converted Pages
You may already have images that you want to use, or plan to create them. Each of these images must first be converted to be useable by the Kea Coloring Book. We charge a per page fee for image conversion, dependent upon the amount of work required. For more information, please check the image conversion page.
Page conversion is a great option for those who already have suitable content.
Commissioned Pages
If you have some ideas, and maybe even some rough sketches, we can work with you to provide high quality coloring in pages. Because this process can be very labour intensive this is the most expensive option.
Customisation fees
The Kea Coloring Book has been designed to be highly customisable, giving you the option of creating a coloring book that is truly unique to your site.
